10.3 If you are dissatisfied with helpwin's response to a data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, which can be contacted through the NPC's official channels.
Minors and Age Restriction
11.1 The helpwin platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. helpwin does not knowingly collect or process personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
11.2 If helpwin becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been registered by or used by an individual under 21, that account will be immediately suspended. All associated personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to comply with regulatory reporting obligations arising from the underage access incident, and will be deleted in accordance with applicable legal requirements thereafter.
11.3 If you believe that a minor has registered or is using a helpwin account, please notify the helpwin support team immediately via live chat.
