Account Registration and Verification
3.1 To access real-money services on helpwin, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the helpwin platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. helpwin is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.5 Transaction Fees. helpwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your chosen payment provider.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 helpwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "wager-free," bonus funds credited to your helpwin account are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. - Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your helpwin wallet. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless the relevant game or promotion specifies otherwise.

No additional compensation will be payable in respect of technical disruptions beyond the return of the relevant stake.

Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the helpwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one helpwin account per individual, whether directly or through nominees.
- Underage Gambling: Accessing helpwin while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the helpwin platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any helpwin content without prior written consent from helpwin.
Limitation of Liability

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude helpwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 helpwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where helpwin reasonably determines that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
- The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and has a zero balance.
- A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a competent authority.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
11.2 Upon account closure, helpwin will return any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) to the account holder via their verified payment method within a reasonable time period.
11.3 You may close your helpwin account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Amendments to These Terms

Transactions on the helpwin platform are subject to monitoring as required by law, and suspicious transaction reports may be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the account holder.
